Where can I buy Miss Cozy's goods?

Miss Cozy sells her items via ETSY at the moment. Visit her shop at www.etsy.com/IamMissCozy
How do I register with ETSY?
You will need to register an account at ETSY. It is easy and free. Once you have a confirmed Etsy account, you'll be able to make purchases, add items to your favorites, post in the community, and use Etsy's on-site messaging system, Conversations.
Step 1: Click Register at the top of the site
Step 2: Fill out the form
Step 3: Check your email and click to confirm
You should see a confirmation email from registration@etsy.com within a few minutes. Click the button inside the email to confirm your account.
If you don't receive the confirmation email within an hour, check to make sure that it hasn't ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. You may want to add registration@etsy.com to your email contacts and try sending it again by clicking this link: Resend your confirmation email.
Step 4: Sign in to EtsyGo to www.etsy.com and click Sign In at the top of the site.
Whenever you're ready, add a profile picture and fill out your bio on your Public Profile page.
Step 5: Shop at Miss Cozy, and start living a cozy life!
How can I pay?

Miss Cozy accepts payments through PayPal only.
Tip: You do not need a Paypal accunt to pay for your items. Details see QN4.

Can I purchase items without a PayPal account?
Yes, you do not need a Paypal account to pay for your items. However, if you do register a PayPal account, and register your credit card, you will never need to input the credit card info again when shopping at websites accepting PayPal. Insturctions on how to register with PayPal, see FAQ 5.
To purchase an item without a PayPal account is an alternative way when you do not want to register with PayPal. When you're ready to check out, choose PayPal as your payment method. You'll notice the credit card logos next to the PayPal logo because credit card payments can also be processed through PayPal.
To proceed, click the Check out with PayPal button. You'll be taken to a secure page on PayPal. Look for a link below the log-in form reading Don't have a PayPal account? The screenshot below shows where to find this link:
You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. Once you submit your credit card information, you will return to Etsy Checkout to review and submit your final order.
Remember, your payment is not sent until you click the green Submit Order button on Etsy. Miss Cozy will not send your items until the payment has been received. You should pay within 72 hours of placing the order. Transaction will be cancelled should payment still has not been received.

How to register a PayPal account?
Step 1. Go to www.paypal.com , and click on the link towards the top of the page that says SIGN UP NOW.
Step 2. click on the Personal Account since it will be made for your personal use. Then you will choose your country from the drop down tab right next to the personal account. (if your country is not there then you will not be able to use PayPal)
Step 3. You will then be prompted to enter your personal information.
a) For the country of citzenship its simple put the country you are a citizen in. b) For primary currency . This is tricky but dont worry if you do not see your currency there just go by US DOLLAR as currency
c) As you scroll down after you enter your information, enter the email address that you would like your account to be connected with. d) then you will need to select a secret question (make sure to write down your answers to those as well as your password that you used to make the account which will be your login password.) e) You will be asked to make this a premier account.f) Then you have to read and Accept both of the user agreements then u will type in the letters it tells you to enter.g) click on the sign up button at the bottom of the page
Step 4. After you click the sign up button you will be sent to a page that prompts you to enter credit card information (IF YOU DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD CLICK CANCEL and it will move on to the next page)
Step 5. Then it will bring you to a page that confirms your email address check if it is correct then press the continue button. (good job you just created a account)
Step 6. Click on the confirm email address . check your email address to find the paypal has sent you. Then click on the link that say CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT. Once u click the link enter the conformation number it gives you.
How do I purchase an item on ETSY?

Step 1: Add an Item to Your Cart
When you find an item you want to buy, click Add to Cart on the item listing page.
If the item you want to purchase has options to choose from, like size, color, or shape, you will have to select each option before you can add it to your Cart.
Access your Cart at any time by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the site. From there, proceed to purchase or continue shopping. You're welcome to add multiple items from different Etsy shops to your Cart.
Step 2: Add Order Details
In your cart, you can select a shipping destination, review the cost of the item, or change the quantity you'd like to purchase, if the seller has more than 1 available.
If there's anything you need to tell the seller, you can do so in the Note to... field.
Depending on your payment method, your path will be slightly different.
Step 3: Select Payment Method
Choose your payment method from the options the seller offers. Many sellers accept credit cards directly or payment through PayPal. If you'd like to pay with a credit card, select the option showing the major credit card logos. The logos shown may vary by country.
If you have an Etsy Gift Card balance, the option to pay with that balance will automatically be selected. Deselect the box if you'd prefer not to use your balance.
If you choose to pay through PayPal (or with a credit card through PayPal's Guest Checkout feature), you will be redirected to a secure PayPal page and then back to Etsy to confirm the order.

Step 4: Submit Your Order
You'll have a chance to review your information before submitting your order.
If needed, you can click Change Shipping Address below the address.
To complete the process, click Submit Order. You will see a confirmation that your order is complete.
Congratulations! You've just made a purchase on Etsy. Etsy will send an email to you and the shop.
You can view your order information and access your downloads by going to Your Account > Purchases. You must be signed in to your Etsy account to view your purchase history.
Note: If you’re purchasing a digital file that's available for instant download, you’ll receive a separate email with a download link. The link will redirect you to the order’s Downloads page, where you can access your purchased files while signed in to your account. Learn more about downloading digital purchases.

How will my items be delivered?
All OVERSEAS orders will be sent via SURFACE MAIL (*WITHOUT register, NO Tracking number*) from Hong Kong, unless requested otherwise.
All LOCAL orders (within Hong Kong) will be sent via STANDARD LOCAL MAIL, unless requested otherwise, such as SMARTPOST (online tracking available with a weight limit of 2kg).

If I do not like my items, can I refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, Miss Cozy does not offer any refunds/exchanges at the moment.
Miss Cozy takes every precaution to describe and accurately present all items. Please be aware that different computer monitor may reflect colours slightly differently than actual. Miss Cozy hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase when you receive it. Your happiness is Miss Cozy's greatest wish.
