Miss Cozy will ship your order within 5 working days from the date of payment. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. Please understand that these types of delays are out of Miss Cozy's control. Should this happen, please be patient, your items are nearly there!

 

 

All OVERSEAS orders will be sent via SURFACE MAIL or AIR PARCEL from Hong Kong. Every item will be sent according to the product itself. See item description for details.

 

 

All LOCAL orders (within Hong Kong) will be sent via STANDARD LOCAL MAIL, unless requested otherwise, such as SMARTPOST (online tracking available with a weight limit of 2kg).

 

For purchases over USD15, parcel will be sent as registered mail with a tracking number from Hong Kong.

 

Please be aware that if you do not choose registered mail, the transaction is at your own risk. If your parcel goes missing in transit, Miss Cozy cannot be held responsible. We also hope that you understand, once the item leaves Miss Cozy's shop, there is no guarantee that if it goes lost, broken or stolen. Insurance can always be added upon your request, contact Miss Cozy if you wish to do so. 

 

 

If the shipping address is different from the address provided from ETSY or PAYPAL, please contact Miss Cozy prior to payment. If the addresses on ETSY and PAYPAL are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Miss Cozy will send the order to the address provided on ETSY.
